1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HVACKWT website (hvackwt.com) and any purchases made through it. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. HVACKWT is the trading name of Silver Chain Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company (SCK Kuwait), a registered company operating in Hawalli Governorate, State of Kuwait. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion and in response to market fluctuations, supplier price changes, or currency movements. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order placement.

For items listed as "Enquire" or "Request Quote", pricing will be confirmed separately before any commitment is made.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to keep our online catalogue accurate, but availability can change without notice. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a backorder arrangement, or a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders placed online are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched.

5. Delivery

Free delivery is available on orders above 50 KWD within Kuwait. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and product availability. HVACKWT is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is in accordance with the consumer protection regulations of the State of Kuwait.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.
  • Special-order and non-stock items are non-returnable unless defective.

In-store returns only. Customers are responsible for returning items to one of our store locations. HVACKWT does not arrange or cover the cost of return delivery. To return or exchange an item, please visit either our Hawally or Ahmadi branch in person.

To initiate a return, please bring your original invoice or proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, HVACKWT will assist in facilitating warranty claims. HVACKWT does not provide an independent warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

HVACKWT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased through this website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of HVACKWT or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
